The TCP40-13-450R combines concrete batching, mixing and pumping in one machine, allowing concrete to be produced and delivered directly at the job site. This reduces the coordination required between separate mixers, pumps and transport equipment, helping crews keep the pouring process moving with fewer interruptions.
Because mixing and pumping can take place at the same time, the machine reduces waiting between concrete preparation and placement. With a 20 m³/h mixing output and up to 40 m³/h theoretical pumping capacity, it is designed to keep concrete flowing continuously rather than relying on separate stages of operation.
The machine can pump concrete over 100 m vertically or 300 m horizontally, making it possible to place concrete in elevated, deep or remote sections of a project without moving the main machine directly to the pouring point. This is particularly useful when access for conventional concrete equipment is restricted.
The integrated 4.5-ton machine combines mixing and pumping functions within a 5.2 m-long, 2.28 m-wide package. Instead of requiring separate machines and additional working space, the TCP40-13-450R concentrates the concrete production and delivery process into one compact unit, making it easier to deploy on narrow, rural, mountainous and dispersed sites.
By combining two key concrete operations in one machine, the TCP40-13-450R can reduce the need to purchase or rent separate mixing and pumping equipment and simplify on-site coordination. Fewer machines and fewer supporting personnel can mean lower equipment investment, less site congestion and reduced labor requirements.
