Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

TDER is a China-based manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in machinery production and export. Our machines have been exported to 158 countries. We have our own factory covering 42,000 m², integrating R&D, manufacturing, and global sales.

What payment terms do you accept?

We support T/T, L/C, and O/A. Usually, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

I am a first-time importer and don’t know the import process. What should I do?

We provide full guidance for the import process, from documentation to customs clearance, to ensure a smooth transaction.

What is the delivery time?

Normally, it takes 15–30 days to ship after receiving your deposit. Standard products in stock can be shipped immediately, while customized products may require longer, depending on your order requirements.

What about warranty?

Generally, we offer a 12-month or 2,000 working hours warranty, whichever comes first. Some products may have longer or shorter warranty periods, so please confirm with our sales team before placing your order.

Do you supply spare parts?

Customers can purchase consumable parts together with the machine. For any future replacement, we provide genuine parts at cost price. Parts will be shipped via international express, usually arriving within 7–10 days.

Do you have international certifications?

All our products have CE certification and meet international standards. If you require additional certifications, please consult with our sales team for detailed information.

Can the machine be customized?
